Add a Gadget option in Blogger is missing! What to do?

Sometimes, when you are in trouble like Add a Gadget option is missing in your blogger Template Element then you are disappointed. One of my visitor asked me this question and I then I tried to find out this problems solution. Finally I got the solution.

Last night by doing a little research I found a short cut way to get back this Add a Gadget link in your blogger page elements. You have to just clear your browser's cache.
